Life has a way of humbling you—and that’s exactly where I’ve been.

Over the last 6 weeks or so, I’ve been off rhythm with the weekly blogs—and I owe you an honest moment.
My family and I made a big move—from California back to Washington. That alone would’ve been enough to throw life into chaos. But throw in long drives, unpacking, finding new balance, raising a baby, managing responsibilities, and trying to breathe through the noise… and suddenly the things I once did with flow became harder to reach.
I won’t lie—there were days I was just trying to keep up, let alone inspire anyone. Days when sleep was short, emotions were high, and I questioned if I was still walking the path I had promised to.
But even in the silence, I was still listening. Still growing. Still writing in my mind. Still evolving.
And now that I’m starting to feel my footing again—I’m bringing it back.
Starting this Sunday, the Transmuted Mind blog returns.
Each week, I’ll share something from the heart—something raw, real, and rooted in the journey we’re all on. Mind. Body. Spirit. The things that help you rise, reclaim yourself, and prepare for what’s ahead.
We’re all juggling a lot. But I believe in sacred rhythm. I believe in showing up again when life knocks us down. And I believe that these words can help light the way—not just for you, but for me too.
Thank you for your patience. Your presence. Your energy.
I’ll see you Sunday.
